RETURNS/EXCHANGES/STORE-CREDITS/REPLACEMENTS
Our company strives to deliver 100% customer satisfaction and therefore make every reasonable attempt to satisfy every client. Should you have any concerns, please give us a call so that we can make every reasonable attempt to satisfy your concerns. In the event that we cannot reach an agreeable resolution please note our refund/exchange/store credit policy. All items and services are designed custom for each client therefore; refunds, store credits and exchanges are not made for any services or products. Please verify your artwork carefully prior to print, as there are no refunds, exchanges, or store credits offered. Inspect all aspects of the art proof including but not limited to: numbers, spellings, and grammar. Should you have any questions, regarding artwork, please address them prior to print.  Deposits are received in good faith that you will pay the remaining balance at the completion of the job. Deposits are non-refundable even in the event you decide not to proceed with the job. If you fail to make final payment on the job, we reserve all rights to collect that debt including but not limited to collections processing and prosecution for theft of services.

COMPUTER/DEVICE REPAIR:
All devices are repaired at the owner's risk. We cannot be held liable for damages which are unknown at drop-off. Furthermore, we cannot be held liable for defective devices which are brought in for repairs as all devices are considered defective at drop off. We will make every attempt to restore your device to proper working condition. Diagnostic fees are non-refundable and devices may not be returned until this amount is paid in full. Diagnostics fees are applied to the total cost of the repair. We do not in any case compensate or replace damage or defective devices.

STORAGE POLICY:
All items must be picked up within 5 days of job completion. Items not picked up within 5 business days will incur a $5.00 storage fee beginning on the 6th day.


SHIPPING POLICY:
We do not guarantee shipping or receiving dates; please order accordingly and inquire about rush charges and overnight rates. We will not be held liable for lost, stolen, and/or damaged shipped packages or products. Shipping insurance is available at additional cost. Please also note that any artwork delays may also delay production on your order. Review your artwork carefully and reply quickly to art requests to avoid any production delays.
